WisprCare Catch-up Coverage is for those customers who did not buy WisprCare within 30 days of the original Wispr purchase, or who did not renew their WisprCare within 7 days of an active plan's end date. It provides a mechanism for customers without WisprCare who have a broken Wispr to get repair coverage without having to purchase a new Wispr. Catch-up Coverage includes:
- 1 year WisprCare damage protection for Wispr digital otoscope with no coverage.
- Damage Protection: 2 incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months (repair or replacement). Each incident is subject to a deductible of $99. Additional incidents require a $329 deductible.
- WiscMed will pay ground shipping in both directions.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new Wispr, simply ship the device back to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be refunded in full—no questions asked.
